An interview is conducted over the phone with the insured and additional information is captured about interior of the dwelling.
The report contains exterior only photos of the property, out-structures, hazard and exterior deficiencies with recommendations.
Items such as pools, trampolines and similar attractive nuisances are also noted in the report.
Diagram of the dwelling can be provided upon request.
